Isoamyl Isovalerate is mainly used as food flavor. As a food flavoring agent, the product has a wide range of uses. It is commonly used to modulate fruit flavors such as apples, bananas and peaches. The maximum dosage of food is about 500ppm. It can also be used in synthetic medicine and solvent.
