FDA annuanced the emergy use of Chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine
Chloroquine and its sister drug, hydroxychloroquine were approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the ‘compassionate use’ which gives hospitals and doctors emergency permission to use them to treat coronavirus patients. FDA is also working with manufacturers of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine to increase production to ensure these drugs remain available for patients dependent on them.
